Survey and Assessment

Installation
Love our quote? We thought so. Now it’s time to install your new split system air conditioner. We provide a full 12 month warranty on the installation.
We’ll arrange a time that works for you and once we arrive at your place it will take about —— to install the system. We’ll test your air conditioner thoroughly and make sure everything meets Australian safety standards. We’ll ensure the piping and refrigerant charge is correct and airflow is properly balanced. And of course we’ll clean up after ourselves and leave your home or office the way we found it.

Maintenance and Repairs
To keep your air conditioner running at optimum levels we recommend having your unit inspected, cleaned and serviced at least once a year. Our experienced technicians are here to:-
- Check refrigerant levels, test and repair leaks
- Measure airflow
- Verify electric control sequences
- Inspect electric terminals, clean and tighten connections
- Oil motors and check belts for tightness and wear
- Check the accuracy of the thermostat
We also carry out any warranty repairs (remember you’ve got 5 whole year’s manufacturer’s warranty on both the indoor and outdoor units) as well as a full 12 months warranty on the installation.
